The FIBA ASIA U-18 Women’s Championships was held in Bangalore from 5th to 11th September, 2022. The matches were held at two locations; at Sree Kanteerava Stadium and at Koramangala Indoor Stadium. Team Australia emerged as the Winners and Team China took the second place.
The Hon’ble Governor Sri Thawar Chand Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri Basavaraj Bommai, Sports Minister Dr. K C Narayana Gowda, Higher Education Minister Dr. C. N. Aswathnarayana and BFI President Dr. K. Govindaraj distributed the prizes for winners, runners and third place teams.
