Karnataka State Sub-Junior Girls Team Creates HISTORY!
The Karnataka State Sub Junior Girls team won the 47th Sub Junior National Basketball Championship on 21 Nov, 2022 at Kangra , Himachal Pradesh. In the Final Karnataka beat Tamil Nadu 41-39.
This is the First time the U-13 Karnataka State Sub Junior Girls team has won the Nationals trophy.

In the last second of the game was evenly balanced at 39-39. At this juncture Shravani of Karnataka scored the winning basket of the championship at the time of the last three seconds of the match.
